The Do Dham Yatra covering Kedarnath and Badrinath is one of the most sacred pilgrimages in India, undertaken by thousands of devotees each year. The journey begins in Haridwar, where pilgrims witness the spiritual Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri before heading to Rishikesh, known as the Yoga Capital of the World, to visit Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, and other ashrams and temples.
From Rishikesh, the pilgrimage continues to Guptkashi, the gateway to Kedarnath. A trek or pony ride from Gaurikund leads to Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, where pilgrims experience deep devotion and divine vibrations. After the darshan and Aarti, the journey descends back to Guptkashi.
The next sacred stop is Badrinath, the revered temple of Lord Vishnu, located along the Alaknanda River. This picturesque temple, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, offers devotees a sense of peace and divinity.
The journey ends with a scenic drive back to Haridwar via Rudraprayag, where pilgrims can reflect on their spiritual experiences before returning to Delhi.
