4 Days - Churdhar Peak Trek

The Churdhar Peak Trek is a scenic and spiritually enriching adventure in the Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Standing tall at 3,647 meters, it is the highest peak in the outer Himalayas, offering stunning views of the Kinner Kailash, Shivalik ranges, and even parts of Uttarakhand. The trek starts from Nohradhar, winding through dense forests of pine and deodar, lush meadows, and rocky landscapes. At the summit, trekkers are greeted by the revered Chureshwar Mahadev Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. This moderate trek is perfect for nature lovers and pilgrims alike, offering a mix of adventure, breathtaking landscapes, and spiritual significance.

TRIP INCLUDES:

• Accommodation in alpine/Dom tents while camping on Double sharing basis

📍 Day 01: Shimla – Chopal – Sarain – Halda Jubbar (2400m) (5 hrs drive, 1 hr trek)
Drive through lush deodar forests to Sarain Village and visit the 600-year-old Bijjat Maharaj Temple. A short trek leads to Halda Jubbar, a serene wildlife sanctuary.

📍 Day 02: Halda Jubbar – Churdhar Temple (3400m) (5-6 hrs trek)
Trek through dense forests to reach Churdhar Temple, home to a natural Shiva Lingam and sacred water spring. Explore the spiritual site dedicated to Shirgul Maharaj.

📍 Day 03: Churdhar Temple – Chur Chandni Peak (3647m) – Tisri (3000m) (5 hrs trek)
Climb to Chur Chandni Peak, the highest point, where a statue of Lord Shiva stands among prayer flags. Descend to Tisri for a peaceful overnight stay.

📍 Day 04: Tisri – Nauradhar (2130m) – Shimla (4-5 hrs trek, 5 hrs drive)
Descend to Nauradhar, a small village with basic amenities, and drive back to Shimla.
